Lindsay Lohan has officially rejected a plea bargain in her felony grand theft case and instead wants to go to trial, prosecutors tell People magazine. Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, notified the judge in the case this week that the actress wasn’t interested in the deal, which included 90 days in jail and three years of probation. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 22, and if she is eventually found guilty, Lohan faces up to three years in prison. She could face additional jail time if a judge rules that the felony charge violates her probation from an earlier case.
While recovering from her breakup with Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel has reportedly found a fast friend in co-star Gerard Butler while the two film “Playing the Field” in Shreveport, La., according to Us Weekly. Ashley Green appears to be making the most of the single life after splitting with Joe Jonas. While last week rumors circulated about the “Twilight” actress and Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill, this week Greene has reportedly been cozying up to “Captain America” star Chris Evans, according to E! Online. "Ashley was all over [Chris], and he certainly didn't mind,” a source says of their meeting at L.A. nightclub Trousdale earlier this week. “They were dancing together very closely. She traveled with him to make it work." Despite Zellweger’s efforts, the source says, "It was just not working out."

I would never have joined a band,” he says in an interview with Uncut. “Even though I am quite a good gang member and a good trooper on the road, I am bad at creative collaboration." Townsend also attributes his hearing loss and other health issues to his involvement with the band.
