Lindsay Lohan is so fed up with the paparazzi that follow her that she is getting the police involved. The actress called 911 after growing “scared and frustrated” with photographers who forced her into a “high-speed chase,” according to Radar Online. While police claimed the incident was minor, Lohan may be trying to build a case for a restraining order against one photographer in particular. “One of the photographers was the same paparazzo who followed her when she was at the Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs,” a source says. “He drives a Prius with tinted windows and follows her everywhere she goes, often speeding and running up to her when it stops at traffic lights. It’s dangerous and stalking.”

Demi Lovato is reportedly close to leaving rehab, according to blogger Zach Taylor. “Demi has been making big changes in her life, and is excited about what the future holds,” a source says. “She will be getting out very soon.” And the same day that word started to spread that she might be done dealing with the emotional issues that landed her in treatment, a snippet of her next single, “Shut Up and Love Me” leaked online.

After several delays, Kelsey Grammer is finally being granted a divorce from Camille Grammer, just in time for his planned wedding to Kayte Walsh next month, according to Hollyscoop. “There is no question that Kelsey plans to remarry immediately,” Camille’s attorney says. “She shouldn’t have to go into her pocketbook to fight for the estate when you know there is going to be a remarriage.”

Charlie Sheen’s partying lifestyle is reportedly wearing thin with his neighbors in the tony Mulholland Estates in Los Angeles, according to the National Enquirer. “Charlie may be a big TV star, but he’s not the type of neighbor we want here,” one neighbor says. “We’re all sick and tired of the stream of people coming and going from his house at all hours of the day, helicopters circling our houses and dodging photographers and media every time we pass through our gates. Enough!” Coincidentally, Sheen is reportedly looking to sell his multimillion-dollar home there.

When Chelsea Handler and 50 Cent split up last month, it was reportedly Handler who ended things, leaving the rapper “heartbroken,” according to Hollyscoop. And after she sent him packing prior to the holidays, 50 Cent “spent Christmas sending her gifts, but she sent them back,” a source says. “She put a note on one that said, ‘I can buy my own gifts.’” Handler is now reportedly dating hotelier Andre Balazs. “He’s exactly her type,” the source says.

With Keith Olbermann out at MSNBC, the network is looking for a new political talk-show host, and apparently it’s got its eye on Alec Baldwin, according to Popeater. “He’s already part of the NBC family, has a huge fan-base and is very respected for his long-term passions for politics,” a source says. “He’s brilliant on camera and honestly cares about news and fighting for the rights of everyday people. Don’t count him out. There was a time when everyone said Alec would never do a sitcom, only movies. Those same people are saying he would never run for office or host a political show.”
