[Hollywood] Osbourne: Off with his willy!

George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis split Lohan won't go to jail for failed alcohol test Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield are dating Dunn was 'under the influence of alcohol' when he Crashed

DAILY GOSSIP: June 24, 2011 by Ned Ehrbar

George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis have split up, they announced in a statement this week. "We are not together anymore. It's very difficult and very personal, and we hope everyone can respect our privacy," the statement reads. Canalis, who had been dating Clooney since 2009, recently said in an interview that she hoped to be married some day, which many assumed wouldn’t sit well with the marriage-averse Clooney.

Despite testing positive for alcohol during a routine test last week, Lindsay Lohan won't be going to jail and will remain under house arrest, according to TMZ. The judge ruled that Lohan was only required to undergo testing until February, so the failed test did not constitute a violation of her probation. Lohan will be facing stricter rules for the remainder of her sentence however, including a limit to one guest at a time in her Venice Beach condo. The judge in the case said Thursday that the only thing Lohan was guilty of was "extremely poor judgment," according to the Web site.

Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield reportedly had so much fun filming “the Amazing Spider-Man” that they’ve continued their friendship even after production wrapped up — and have become more than friends, according to Us Weekly. "They got close during filming and have been hooking up," a source says. "They haven't gone public, but he's told his friends."

After much speculation, it has been confirmed that “Jackass” star Ryan Dunn was under the influence of alcohol when his Porsche crashed on a Pennsylvania road earlier this week, according to TMZ. Dunn’s blood alcohol level was .196, twice the legal limit in Pennsylvania, and he was reportedly driving 130 miles per hour at the time of the crash. "I've never seen a car destroyed in an automobile accident the way this car was even before it caught on fire," a police spokesman said. "The automobile actually came apart. It was unbelievable and I've been on a lot of fatal accident scenes. This is by far the worse I've seen."

John Galliano told a court in Paris this week that his anti-Semitic rant from earlier this year — including his declaration, “I love Hitler” — were caused by a problem with drugs and alcohol, according to Radar Online. "I do not have these views and I have never held them," Galliano told the court after viewing a video of his ranting. "All my life I have fought against prejudice, intolerance and discrimination, having been subjected to it myself." A verdict is expected at a later date, and if convicted, the designer could face six months in jail and a $30,000 fine.

Sharon Osbourne says she wouldn’t have reacted as calmly as Maria Shriver did to news that her husband, Arnold Schwarzenegger, had an illegitimate child with a housekeeper. "I would have chopped his willy off. Arnie's willy would have been down the disposal unit spinning around, that's where it'd be," Osbourne says, according to Hollyscoop. "I was really, really disappointed at him for being so horribly disrespectful and deceitful to do that in your own home. He can do whatever he wants in hotels on the road, whatever, knock yourself out, but you don't disrespect your family by doing it in your own home. To me it's just unthinkable."
